My name is Lisa & I am Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor based in Lenham, Kent.

After having 4 children my body shape changed dramatically over the years. After losing the weight with various fad diets I really struggled to keep the weight off & found I needed something more sustainable for the long term.

I felt at an all time low when I was at my heaviest weight & the largest clothes size I had ever been. I found that not only did exercise improve my mental health & mood, it gave me a newfound confidence & the boost that I so desperatly needed. I made small changes to my nutritional habits so it became part of my lifestyle rather than being on a neverending diet.

I will help you reach your fitness goals wether they be to lose weight, tone up or to just feel happy in your own skin & grow the confidence to be happy within yourself.

We are all different so I’ll encourage you to embrace your strengths & help you squash any body insecurities you may have or battle any demons.

If your body is healthy then your mind will follow!
